Lucknow, Aug 31: Mafias have been allotted districts and they are deciding matters like quota and permit in Uttar Pradesh, says BJP leader Kalraj Mishra.
With an eye on the upcoming Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh, Mishra lashed out at the Congress and the BSP for failing to check price rise and corruption and claimed that his party alone can give the right direction to the state.
“The BJP ruled states are writing a history of sorts in the field of development, whereas the Congress government has failed utterly to keep prices under check,” he said at the ‘Vijay Sankalp convention’ at Shahjahanpur on Tuesday.
He said both the central and the Uttar Pradesh governments are creating “history” in corruption.
