The president of the Egyptian Football Association and his board of directors all resigned on Saturday having already been fired by the country's prime minister following the riot at a game that left more than 70 people dead.
Samir Zaher, the EFA president, was also reportedly banned from leaving Egypt pending an investigation into the country's worst incident of football-related violence.
