Team India has been fined for a slow over-rate during the second Test against the West Indies at Barbados.
Chris Broad of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees imposed the fines after Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s side was ruled to be three overs short of its target at the end of the match when time allowances were taken into consideration, an ICC press release said.
