Terming as "unintentional" the killing of IPS officer Narendra Kumar Singh, allegedly mowed down by a vehicle driven by a member of the mining mafia in March this year, the CBI today cleared accused Manoj Gurjar of murder and reduced the severity of offence to culpable homicide.
