Offering “huge scope” for foreign investments, Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today said India needs about USD one trillion in next five years for infrastructure development, half of which has to come from the private sector.Addressing the first business session of the annual meeting of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) here, he said India has made provisions for creating infrastructure debt fund to attract investment in this sector.
