Tension continues in nearly 21 villages in and around Mundawar near Alwar after an angry mob set fire to vehicles and property of Karam Vidya Mandir B.Ed College following a molestation incident.
Police said, a few days ago some teachers in the college passed lewd comments at a girl studying B.Ed. and even tried to molest her.
After the student complained to her family, relatives and parents of the girl went to the college to lodge a complaint on Friday. Instead, college officials beat up the parents, who then went to the Mundawar police station and lodged an FIR.
