A co-star has accused controversial Veena Malik of purposely injuring her during a fight sequence for the film 'Mumbai 125'.
Veena Malik was reportedly not on good terms with co-actress Vedita Pratap, who is learnt to have been injured on her forehead as a result of the scene, a Mumbai Mirror report said.
