Four armed robbers threw chilly powder at Surjan Singh carrying the day's earnings of an LPG agency in Sultanpuri on Tuesday and decamped with Rs 7 lakh cash.
The four robbers on motorbikes accosted the employee and threw chilly powder at his face. As Surjan Singh tried to resist, one of them fired two bullets at his chest, and took away his bag containing the cash.
