A 31-year-old Afghan man, Jalaluddin, who is slightly mentally unstable, has been missing from Delhi's Karol Bagh since last 17 days. His distraught mother Hakima alongwith her other son Kamran, have been moving around the streets of Delhi in an auto almost every day in search of the missing family member.
