The star of Sweden’s “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” movie says his daughter appears in the upcoming U.S. remake with the actor who takes on his role in the crime drama: Daniel Craig.
Michael Nyqvist and Craig both play investigative journalist Mikael Blomkvist in films based on the crime trilogy from Swedish author Stieg Larsson.
Sweden’s “Millennium” television series, which includes adaptations of Larsson’s other books in the series “The Girl Who Played with Fire” and “The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets’ Nest,” just won the 2011 International Emmy for best TV miniseries.
