Mathura Police Lathicharge Job Aspirants

The Mathura police on Tuesday lathicharged a fairly large crowd of unemployed youths who had gathered to buy application forms for recruitment to police service in the district.

There were 8,000 printed forms which were being sold through the local post office. A huge crowd gathered to buy the forms, and as the queue lengthened, with a very few counters being able to sell the forms, the crowd get restless, and police had to intervene with lathis.
