UP govt orders closing down of all shops, malls by 7 pm, restaurants by 10 pm

In an order which could be of far-reaching consequences, the Uttar Pradesh government today ordered all shopping malls to be kept open from 11 am till 7 pm in view of the prevailing power crisis. All restaurants will be closed down by 10 pm.
