Vasudev Sharma, a class 3 student of a local private school suffered multiple fracture in his arm after the school principal brutally beat him up and locked him up inside a room.
The principal, Surendra Billoria, is absconding after the seven-year-old boy's family filed an FIR with police.
Vasudev was playing with his classmates, when some of them teased him on some issue.
