ICC to change ODI rules, 2 bouncers in an over allowed, powerplays curbed

The ICC Cricket Committee has recommended further changes in ODIs (one day internationals) by giving bowlers the chance to throw two bouncers an over instead of one and dowing away with the bowling Powerplay rule.The commmittee has recommended restoring the balance by allowing only four fielders outside the 30-yard circle in the non-powerplay period.
