Rash driving case, HC upholds 15-day jail term to John Abraham

The Bombay High Court today upheld the 15-day imprisonment handed to Bollywood actor John Abraham for rash and negligent driving and injuring two persons in 2006, but released him on probation after it took a lenient view.John will not spend time in jail as the court has released him on probation under the Probation of Offenders Act.
