32-year-old Vijay Kumar, an insurance agent returned by train to Prayag railway station here on Saturday evening. He took his bike from the railway station parking and was going to a tea shop, when a black-coloured Scorpio arrived. The Scorpio brushed against his bike leading to an altercation between Vijay, a resident of Colonelganj, and a man who came out of the Scorpio.
