Fires in Jammu, Kanpur, Haridwar

Three major fire incidents in places as far away as Jammu, Kanpur and Haridwar caused considerable damage to a fruit wholesale market, a power transformer and a hilly forest on Tuesday.
Fire gutted the fruit and vegetable market in Narwal near Jammu, where crores of rupees worth fruits and vegetables were kept for export to Pak-Occupied Kashmir. Fire tenders took nearly three hours to douse the blaze, the cause of which is still not known.
