CBI to file chargesheet in Shehla murder case by May 26

Central Bureau of Investigation would file a chargesheet in the RTI activist Shehla Masood murder case in special CBI court on May 26, its public prosecutor said today.
“Before completion of 90 days of the case, the CBI is bound to file the chargesheet in the court,” senior public prosecutor Hemant Shukla told reporters here.
