BCCI chief Srinivasan's son held for punching cop, released on bail

Mumbai police on Monday night arrested 40-year-old Ashwin, son of BCCI president N Srinivasan after he punched a cop during a pub brawl in Bandra. He was later released on Tuesday afternoon, Mumbai Mirror reported.
Ashwin had gone to the upmarket Escobar in Bandra on Monday night with his friend Avi Krishnamurthy, 35, and demanded liquor beyond the 1:30 am deadline.
