Director Anurag Basu is upset with a new TV advertisement which has reportedly copied Ranbir Kapoor’s well-guarded look from the unreleased film Barfi!, reports Mumbai Mirror.
The creators of Ranbir Kapoor’s new TVC for a mobile company may have a winner on their hands, but the director Anurag Basu is mourning the loss of his film’s big surprise element.
Ranbir’s vintage look, with the wispy white hair, moustache, large spectacles, baggy trousers, stiff body language, is precariously close to one of his fiercely-guarded looks in Barfi!
