The Pakistan Cricket Board has not yet submitted its security plan to the ICC for next week's brief visit by Bangladesh for two matches in Lahore.
"The report is delayed, but I hope it will be dispatched today," PCB chairman Zaka Ashraf said on Wednesday.
The International Cricket Council wanted to assess the security report before deciding whether its safe to send neutral umpires and a match referee for a one-day international at Gaddafi Stadium on April 29.
