Ahmedabad police have arrested Vinay, a student in Information Technology diploma of Nirma University on charge of abducting his classmate Sonam (name changed) and then raping her.
R K Patel, DSP, Sarkhej Division, said, the 17-year-old girl in her second semester for IT diploma struck a friendship with her classmate Vinay seven months back.
