New governors for Goa, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan

Former SPG chief B V Wanchoo was on Saturday named as the new Governor of Goa while E S L Narasimhan and K Sankaranarayanan will have fresh terms as Governors of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra respectively.
