Mysterious ‘blade-man’ has returned to terrorize Patna just two-days after police claimed to have arrested him.
The ‘blade-man’ terror resurfaced on Sunday when he attacked two more children. The ‘blade-man’ has caused terror in parts of the Bihar capital for five days by slashing the arms of young girls apparently with razor blades.
