India's Leander Paes won his third straight double title at the Miami Open yesterday after teaming up with Radek Stepanek of Czech Republic to upset Canadian Daniel Nestor and partner Max Mirnyi of Belarus in the final 3-6, 6-1, 10-8 on Saturday afternoon.
