Notwithstanding the pressure being mounted by Italy, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has ruled out transfer of two Italian marines, held for allegedly killing two fishermen, to their home country for trial.
Mr. Chandy made it clear that the crime was committed in the Indian waters and the two marines must face the Indian law.
