Preeti, a female constable posted in Delhi's Hauz Khas police station, is fighting a battle against death in Tirth Ram Hospital here. Preeti alleged that her husband Sudhir Panwar, also a constabled posted in Delhi's Ranjit Nagar police station, tried to strangulate her with the help of his relatives, after she refused to accept their demand for dowry.
