Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav today met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and demanded smooth transfer of funds for Central schemes like MNREGA and asked for help in holding the forthcoming Kumbh festival, cleaning of the Ganga and coal supply to the state.
