Uttar Pradesh police on Thursday evening seized as-many-as 2,500 bottles of illicit liquor in Bareilly ahead of seventh phase of polling in the state.
The liquor was being carried in an ambulance of a renowned hospital. Police seized the liquor during the routine checking near the police station.
