A police team searched a city hotel where Lok Sabha member Jaya Prada was staying, officials said here today.
“On a tip-off that cash had been illegally stocked in the hotel and the amount was to be used to woo voters, the search was carried out last night,” Rampur District Magistrate Balkar Singh said.
