Acting tough against the mining mafia in the wake of killing of an IPS officer, the police here today arrested BJP’s Morena district unit’s vice president Hamir Singh for allegedly assaulting mining officers and forcibly taking away two tractor-trolleys engaged in quarrying of stones, police said.
