Vice President Joe Biden said Wednesday that Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is a proponent of outsourcing and doesn't believe the manufacturing sector is crucial to future U.S. economic success.
Seeking to frame the choice that voters could face in November's presidential election, Biden used a speech in the politically important state of Iowa to reject Romney's argument that his background as a business executive makes him better suited to turn around the economy than President Barack Obama.
