Yeddyurappa Defiant, Not To Attend Meet Called By Gadkari

Remaining defiant after being rebuffed by BJP President Nitin Gadkari in his bid for regaining Karnataka chiefministership, state party strongman B S Yeddyurappa today said he and his followers would not attend a meeting convened by him in New Delhi on March 3.

“I and my followers will not be going to New Delhi to attend the Karnataka BJP Core Committee meeting called by Gadkari,” he told reporters here, a day after the party chief categorically ruled out any change in the leadership of Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda.
