A milk tanker overturned near Nalanda, Bihar on Sunday and scores of people including policemen rushed to the spot and carried off pails of milk. Similarly, a mini truck carrying liquor bottles hidden under stacks of potatoes hit a tractor near Bijnore, Uttar Pradesh, on Sunday. The scene was similar. Scores of people went to the spot and carted away liquor bottles.
