Ivory Coast and Zambia reached the African Cup of Nations semifinals with 3-0 wins on Saturday to knock out two gutsy underdogs.

Ivory Coast ended the dream of co-host Equatorial Guinea, while Zambia knocked out Sudan's team of home-based players to make the last four for the first time in 16 years.

Ivory Coast awaits the winner of the Gabon-Mali match on Sunday, while Zambia will face either Ghana or Tunisia.
