Four children were killed in a tragic incident on Sunday noon when fourth-floor's wall of an under-construction building collapsed in Chattarpur extension in South Delhi.
The children were playing in the ground located just behind the building when a wall fell on them at around 12 noon.
All four children were buried alive as wall fell on them from 40-ft height.
