In a case of sheer medical negligence, rats on the prowl inside the ICU of the state-run Mathuradas Mathur Hospital in Jodhpur on Tuesday night chewed up the ear, nose and lips of a paralytic patient put on ventilator, even as the attendant and nurses slept.
