CBI on Monday moved court, hearing Bhanwari Devi missing case, seeking direction to declare Indra Bishnoi, absconding sister of Luni Congress MLA Malkhan Singh, and two relatives of Sohan Lal Bishnoi, an accused in the case, as proclaimed offenders.
