Sulking West Bengal Congress minister Manoj Chakraborty, who had dubbed the Mamata Banerjee government “dictatorial” after she divested him of two portfolios, today formally submitted his resignation.
Chakraborty, a legislator from Berhampore in Murshidabad district who was last week permitted by the Congress high command to quit the ministry, told PTI that his resignation letter has been sent to the chief minister.
