Pakistan-based Jamiatul Mujahideen today claimed responsibility for the attack on Jammu and Kashmir Minister Ali Mohammad Sagar saying it was in retaliation to NC president Farooq Abdullah’s advocacy for reopening liquor shops in the Valley.
