Tourist resorts of Gulmarg and Pahalgam today received fresh snowfall while many parts of the Kashmir Valley, including the summer capital here, were lashed by rains since early morning.
The Gulmarg resort in north Kashmir had received three inches of snow and 4 mm of rainfall till 8 AM, a MeT official said.
