New Delhi, Dec 2: The Delhi High Court today stayed the grant of bail to former telecom minister A Raja’s ex-private secretary R K Chandolia, an accused in the 2G case.
A bench of justice V K Shali stayed the grant of bail after taking suo motu congnisance of media reports in that regard.
However, Chandolia, who was granted bail yesterday by a special CBI court, had walked out of Tihar jail last evening.
