Kolkata, Dec 3: Declining to comment on Mamata Banerjee’s statement that Centre has decided to put the FDI issue on hold, Union Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee today said any Government decision will only be announced in Parliament.
“I cannot announce anything because Parliament is in session. Any government decision will be made in Parliament,” Mukherjee said here shortly after Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee’s statement that the Centre would suspend its decision on FDI in retail till a consensus was evolved.
