A Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum here has issued a bailable arrest warrant against Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy in a case relating to alleged non-repayment of money deposited by an investor in 1986 by a company which he headed then.
The warrant, issued by forum President Padmini Sadheesh yesterday, directed Delhi police to arrest and produce Swamy before the forum on or before April 2 next.
