Srinagar, Dec 2: Srinagar police have arrested four persons including a nine-year-old boy on charge of stealing cars and motorbikes.
Police recovered 51 stolen cars and 63 motorbikes, valued at Rs 2.5 crore.
The gang used young boys to carry out thefts. These boys were given training as to how to steal a vehicle, police said.
