Ravichandran Ashwin’s twin-strike pegged back the West Indies, who reached 161-2 at tea on Tuesday’s opening day of the third and final test against India.
The off-spinner removed well-set openers Kraigg Brathwaite (68) and Adrian Barath (61) after the pair laid a solid foundation with a 137-run stand following captain Darren Sammy’s decision to bat first.
