Praveen Singh, a 20-year-old B.Sc. Agriculture 1st yr student of Megh Singh PG College here was killed on Thursday night, as a stray bullet hit him while three persons were carrying out celebratory firing during a "grihpravesh" (house-warming) party in Parvati Vihar here.
