Even as the Kukis and Nagas are carrying on with their respective economic blockades over creation of a district in Manipur, the prices of essential commodities have shot through the roof. Petrol is being sold at Rs 200 a litre and an LPG cylinder comes for Rs 2,000 in the grey market.
