Delhi is fast gaining the reputation of a city where most of the people drive drunk in the dead of night. Close on the heels of a car smashup at a Delhi Metro pillar on Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road, another Maruti Swift car rammed into a tempo near Pragati Maidan on Saturday night.
