The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) has issued an arrest warrant against the SSP of Gautam Buddha Nagar district for his "failure" to act in the alleged Bhatta-Parsaul rape cases.
NCSC Chairman P L Punia yesterday directed Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police to arrest Jyoti Narayan, SSP, Gautam Budh Nagar and produce him before the Commission on October 25.
